Fort Dent Park is located directly southeast of the former confluence of the Black River and the Green River, where they merged to become the Duwamish River. In 1916, the construction of the Lake Washington Ship Canal lowered Lake Washington, causing the Black River to dry up. More
The largest park in Tukwila. Considered the "go-to" park for many locals and families. Fort Dent offers many amenities, including two kiddo-approved play areas, soccer fields, picnic area, restrooms, hiking trails and open areas. The Fort Dent Bridge in another fun spot for families and a great place for photos. More
